1Product Structure

  Unlike traditional layered conveyor belts (composed of multiple layers of canvas or steel wire ropes bonded together),the skeleton of whole-core flame-retardant conveyor belts is a single integrated woven core made from polyester,nylon,or polyamide long filaments forming a mesh-like integral core(without layering or splicing,avoiding the risk of delamination between layers).This core is then coated or covered with PVC(polyvinyl chloride) or PVG(a composite of PVC and rubber) materials through dipping or coating processes,forming a complete belt body.

2Core Performance:Flame Retardancy+Anti-static Dual Assurance

  The core value of whole-core flame-retardant conveyor belts lies in meeting stringent safety standards,with key performance indicators including:

  ⑴Flame Retardancy: Does not burn or burns slowly upon exposure to open flames,and extinguishes on its own within a specified time(usually≤3 seconds)after the flame source is removed;produces minimal toxic smoke (e.g.,CO concentration≤1000 ppm),meeting safety requirements for enclosed spaces such as coal mines and quarries.

  ⑵Anti-static Property:Surface resistance of the belt≤3×10⁸Ω,quickly discharging static electricity generated during material conveyance due to friction,preventing static accumulation that could cause sparks (especially in environments with gas or dust,eliminating explosion risks).

  ⑶Other Basic Performance

  ★Anti-deviation & Tear Resistance

  The integrated woven structure combined with edge reinforcement reduces the risk of belt deviation and longitudinal tearing,extending service life.

  The whole-core woven structure provides excellent tensile strength and impact resistance,suitable for long-distance,heavy-load transportation.

  ★Wear Resistance & Corrosion Resistance

  Uses high-wear-resistant rubber or PVC/PVG cover layers,suitable for conveying abrasive materials such as ores,coal,sand,and gravel.

  ★Energy Saving & Environmental Protection

  Some new whole-core conveyor belts adopt lightweight designs,reducing operational energy consumption and lowering carbon emissions.
